AI credits are shared across your team: each user adds their plan's monthly allowance, and the pool renews on the first day of each month. One credit covers one CV parsed or one vacancy created. AI call review uses 1 to 3 credits per call depending on its length, timesheet capture usually uses 1, and candidate matching uses none.
